While this unit may not have been recently remodeled, its affordable rate reflects that charm. You will find cozy carpeting instead of tile flooring and a comfortable queen bed, setting it apart from our other units equipped with king beds. Despite its "dated" appearance, this condo offers all essential amenities and is kept in pristine condition, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a clean and budget-friendly beachfront experience.

Please keep in mind that there is no central air conditioning; however, a portable AC is available in the bedroom. The condo features ceiling fans, stand fans, and fantastic cross-ventilation thanks to the delightful trade winds that often grace the area. It’s essential to inform us of your acceptance of the AC arrangements when you inquire about this charming unit.

The Princess Building boasts an absolute beachfront location—it's literally steps away from one of Oahu's most stunning beaches, ensuring you have direct access to sun, sand, and surf. This secured 16-story building comes with great facilities, including a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, an outdoor barbecue area, and a recreation room featuring a ping pong table. Your condo is situated on a mid-level floor, providing wonderful views.

This cozy one-bedroom, one-bath condo includes a welcoming lanai, perfect for enjoying those spectacular ocean and sunset panoramas. The lanai also features a sunshade for added comfort. Inside, the living space comprises a queen bedroom and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. You'll find a fully furnished kitchen complete with full-size appliances—including a fridge with an icemaker—ensuring you're well-equipped for meal preparation. We provide all necessary dishes, pots, pans, silverware, a toaster, a coffee maker (along with filters), microwave, and blender for crafting delicious Hawaiian fruit smoothies. Additional conveniences include a dishwasher, two TVs, ceiling fans, a washer/dryer, iron/board, and all linens including beach towels. For your beach excursions, we have chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, a beach umbrella, and a cooler ready for use. Note that spices may vary as some guests purchase new ones, so checking before shopping is best!

Enjoy watching marine life right from your lanai, as we provide binoculars for spotting whales (in season), dolphins, and massive sea turtles swimming by!

It is important to note that smoking is strictly prohibited within the Princess complex. This rule applies to all condo units, lanais, corridors, elevators, the pool, rec room, BBQ area, and lobby. Designated smoking areas are provided away from the building.

To ensure a peaceful environment for both residents and guests, only registered individuals may occupy the condo. Visitors are not permitted.

A Rental Agreement is required, which consists of a straightforward information form to be filled out, signed, and returned prior to receiving arrival instructions via email. This document will be sent to you immediately after confirming your booking.

Located on the non-touristy side of Oahu, Makaha retains the charm of "Old Hawaii," offering a serene escape from bustling tourist hotspots. Situated on the beautiful Leeward Coast, this area features incredible beaches and scenic landscapes. Keep in mind that major attractions are a longer drive away, at least 45 minutes to an hour to reach Waikiki and Honolulu, depending on traffic.

While public access to all Hawaii beaches is guaranteed, the proximity of limited public parking means our beach is generally uncrowded. However, please be aware that the Princess has no control over who frequents the beach, although homeless camps are not present in this area.

For dining options, Makaha offers a variety of fast-food and ethnic cuisines. Don't miss the chance to visit Beachhouse 604, a guest favorite known for its outdoor seating beside the ocean—a perfect spot for dolphin watching. Nearby, Spicy House in Maili serves exceptional Thai food just a short drive from the condo. If you're looking for upscale dining experiences, fine restaurants are available about 20 minutes away at Ko'Olina and the Au'Lani Disney Hotel. For even more dining and shopping choices, head to Kapolei, located 20-25 minutes away, where you'll find various great eateries and a water park. Travel times may vary based on time of day and traffic conditions.
